Tonight’s theme is “Hats Off to You!”, in recognition of our members’ getting out of their comfort zone by improving their online presentation skills. (‘Hats off to you’ is an idiom which means “I respect you”, “I admire you”, or “I recognize your achievement”.)

Online Toastmasters places a great deal of significance on visual appearance. To celebrate our theme of “Hats Off to You!”, members are encouraged to wear a hat or other head covering to the meeting. Your hat can reflect your cultural heritage, your occupation, your quirky sense of humor, or anything else you want.
