Whether presenting live or on-line, to small groups or to huge audiences, you need to establish instant rapport, hold it, and provide your information in ways that speak to the individual while also addressing the collective. How do you do all that?!  In this fast-paced session, you will discover 7 specific communication channels and proven tactics to connect with each listening type. These simple skills can be applied to competing in speech contests, training, coaching, mentoring, interviewing, leading... and even parenting! HANDOUT will be provided!

Sheryl Roush, DTM, Past District Governor, Accredited Speaker brings over 25 years as a professional speaker and speaking coach to this session. With over 3,500 programs presented in 12 countries and on-line, she actively applies these techniques into everything she does, with stellar results. She is CEO of Sparkle Presentations, Inc., based in San Diego, and founder of the Speak And Market Like A Pro!™ system. She is an active 30-year member of Toastmasters, a Presidential Citation awardee, a 17-time author, the 2016 Author of Influence and proud author of our award-winning Heart of a Toastmaster Sheryl is also the lead mentor for those pursuing the Accredited Speaker professional designation from Toastmasters.
