The Timer tracks the time for each portion of the meeting and signals the speakers and functionaries so they know when their time is up. For green/yellow/red visual cues, please use an object as big as your head or a similarly prominent webcam effect. For an audible cue, tapping a pencil or a knife against a glass produces a chime that is not too distracting.

Introduction: Chris Guld has been scuba diving since 1982. It is a passion she shares with her family – her mother and her husband. In this speech she tells the story of a dive that was the exception to the rule.

Introduction: Monica Tucker has been in Toastmasters since April 2016. She is working toward her DTM to be completed this year. In addition to her passion for Toastmasters, Monica found she had passion for helping others.
As a professional organizer she is able to help others prepare themselves for natural disasters and preparations.

"The Hero of your own Story?" Innovative Planning Level 3 Increasing Knowledge: Understanding Vocal Variety

Introduction: Graham today will be delivering a speech from Level 3 of his path Innovative Planning – the Vocal Variety speech.
The purpose of this project is for Graham to practice using vocal variety to enhance a speech.
For today’s speech, Graham will be examining a recent incident in his life, and asking whether it is possible to always be “The hero of your own story.”
As a rule, we should have no more than one speech longer than 5-7 minutes.

General Evaluator gives an overall evaluation of the meeting, 2-3 minutes. General Evaluator should aim to add new insights, not re-evaluate speakers or repeat information covered by others.
8:55 PM President or presiding officer wraps up the meeting and asks for volunteers to fill open roles at the next meeting. Be sure to finish by 9 pm U.S. Eastern Time.
