Members and guests are encouraged to sign in anytime after 7:15 pm U.S. Eastern Time for an informal meet and greet and to allow time for any technical troubleshooting. We also do self introductions during this time. The meeting will officially starts at 7:45 pm.

Metamorphosis [ met-uh-mawr-fuh-sis ]
Part of Speech: Noun
Meaning: any complete change in appearance, character, circumstances, etc.
In a Sentence: The incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into communication represents a metamorphosis, broadening our horizons and offering new insights and perspectives.

The purpose of this speech is to engage and entertain the audience, leaving them with something to think about. In attempt to use Humor to affectively to hlep the audience to understand a new topic or thinking about the world in a new wa, to hopefully laugh, reaching beyond the laughter and creating a meaningful experience for both the speaker and the audience to build a positive memory for all.
Online Presenters was introduced to Blondini during Toastmaster Kim’s Ice Breaker speech. Blondini is now returning for the first speech from the Engaging Humor Pathway. The purpose of this project is to present a speech, receive feedback, and then apply the feedback to a second speech. Toastmaster Kim and Blondini are looking forward to receiving feedback through tonight’s evaluation. Please welcome Blondini back to the Online Presenters virtual stage as she continues her journey on the Engaging Humor pathway.
The educational program in Toastmasters is dependent on experiential learning. Therefore, who you have in the club is critical to your development. Your efforts to follow the program and put the process into effect.
Toastmaster asks for the Timer’s Report & vote for the Best Speaker of the Day
Topics Master asks for the Timer’s Report & vote for the Best Topics Speaker of the Day
General Evaluator asks for the Timer’s Report & vote for the Best Evaluator of the Day
General Evaluator continues with the functionary reports (the Grammarian, the Watcher, the Ah Counter, and the Chat Monitor (1 minute each)).
General Evaluator rounds out this portion of the meeting by giving an overall evaluation, 2-3 minutes. General Evaluator should aim ONLY to add any new insights, not re-evaluate speakers or repeat information covered by others.
General Evaluator asks Vote Counter to reveal the winners of the meeting
President/Presiding Officer closing remarks. Be sure to wrap up meeting by 9 pm

Timer’s Notes
Timing will begin with the contestant’s first definite verbal or nonverbal communication with the audience. This usually will be the first word uttered by the contestant, but would include any other communication such as sound effects, a staged act by another person, etc.
